Shipping policy

We ship physical items using Sendle or Australia Post. At our discretion we may ship using a courier service.

If we are hand delivering your items on the Surf Coast we will call past and if you're not home we will leave your package somewhere safe.

Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are included (and displayed clearly) prior to order confirmation and placement.

Digital items are sent to the email address you provide us at checkout.

Because we lovingly hand finish most products to order, our handling time from order to shipment for physical goods is 2-3 Business days depending on the amount of orders we are processing at the time. We will keep you up to date with the status of your order as it progresses through our shipment process.
