About.
Myrtle is an ancient plant that has been found fossilised from millions of years ago.
It has a beautiful star shaped flower that has been used ornamentally for thousands of years & has been used in traditional medicines since at least 2500BC.
It even contains a compound related to aspirin!
Myrtle has a special place in our psyche and even the Gods of Love, Sex & Fertility love it. Myrtle is sacred to the Greek goddesses Aphrodite & Demeter. It is also a favourite of the Roman goddess Venus. It's still commonly used in wedding bouquets across Europe.
In ancient Rome, women used to bath wearing crowns made from Myrtle because they believed it would help them in love, fertility & life. They also thought it smelled fab.
A wonderfully smelling oil, Myrtle is perfect for instilling a sense of calm & is perfect for relaxing the mind. It’s also a great fragrance to use before bed & will tempt you to sleep with its lovely, sweet scent.

Uses.
Bespoke: Evening products such as lotions, cremes, soaps & hair products provide a lovely scent that will tempt you to sleep & relax. Used in massage oil or bubble bath will give you a sensual, relaxing break from your busy life.
Vaporiser: Start with 6 to 8 drops.
Diffuser: Start with 6 to 8 drops.
Burner: Start with 6 to 8 drops.
Bath: Add 8 to 12 drops to your bath.
Shower: 3 or 4 drops in the corner of the shower.
Sauna: Add 6 to 8 drops to your ladle of water and pour over hot rocks.
Hands & feet: Add 2 to 4 drops to a bowl of warm water and soak.
On the go: Open the cap and inhale straight from the bottle or add a drop or two to your face mask.
Bed: Add a couple of drops to your pillow.
