About.
An ancient herb, Rosemary is part of the mint family that includes basil, lavender, myrtle & sage.
Its name comes from the Latin ros marinus which means “dew of the sea” & refers to the origins of the plant amongst the cliffs on the Mediterranean Sea.
Its use is recorded as far back as 5000BC & was a favourite of the ancient Egyptians, Greeks, Romans & Hebrews. A multi-use herb, Rosemary was used by ancient civilizations to focus the mind, purify spaces, at almost all festivals & celebrations & to celebrate life & death.
Greek scholars were known to wear Rosemary around their heads to help with study & it is the base ingredient of many incense recipes.
More modern uses of Rosemary reference its antiseptic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory & antioxidant properties. It also smells wonderfully herby with a fresh, sweet finish.
It’s used in soaps, cosmetics, perfumes & medical products even to this day. It can be used to improve alertness, encourage clarity, bring focus & give you a boost.
The scent of Rosemary is comforting, familiar & lingers gracefully in the air, on your skin & in the hair.

Uses.
Bespoke: Use is daytime lotions, soaps & hair products to assist with focus and sharpen the mind. It's heavenly in our massage oil and bubble bath.
Vaporiser: Start with 6 to 8 drops.
Diffuser: Start with 6 to 8 drops.
Burner: Start with 6 to 8 drops.
Bath: Add 8 to 12 drops to your bath.
Shower: 3 or 4 drops in the corner of the shower.
Sauna: Add 6 to 8 drops to your ladle of water and pour over hot rocks.
Hands & feet: Add 2 to 4 drops to a bowl of warm water and soak.
On the go: Open the cap and inhale straight from the bottle or add a drop or two to your face mask.
